How to Start a Claim:

We hope you never find yourself in the position of having to file a warranty claim, but if you do, please contact us using one of these methods:

  • Call our Customer Care Center at 800-628-3524 to talk to one of our Customer Care Professionals.
  • Email us at customercare@carrot-top.com and include your name, contact information, order number and explain your reason for starting a claim.
  • Submit a Return Request Form.

What Will Carrot-Top Need to Investigate Your Concern?

In order to better serve our customers, we would like to know as much as possible about your product concerns and your particular situation. This will help us better determine what the problem is and prevent any issues in the future.

  • We may request photos of the flag and its surrounding area.
  • We may request information on the flagpole, including its height and butt diameter.
  • We may request information about the environment and weather patterns in the area where the flag is in use. For instance, are you in a coastal plain or other windy areas?

Once your claim is initiated, Carrot-Top will take all necessary steps to ensure your satisfaction with the resolution of your concern.

This warranty explicitly excludes coverage for adverse weather conditions, including but not limited to storms, snow, rain, hurricanes, tornadoes, thunderstorms, micro-bursts, earthquakes, ice storms, tsunamis, or any other natural disasters. Furthermore, theft is not covered under this warranty. Additionally, any damage sustained by the flag due to contact with buildings, trees, branches, garages, or any stationary objects is not covered. It is the responsibility of the customer to ensure proper care of their flag, including appropriate hanging and timely removal during inclement weather conditions.
