1. What size custom Waterhog™ mat should I purchase?
  

We recommend 2' x 3' and 3' x 5' logo mats for single doors and 4' x 6' and 4' x 8' mats for entries with double doors.
 

2. What backing should I purchase?
 

Cleated backing is the best option for carpets. For tiles, hardwood, and other smooth surfaces, we recommend smooth backing.
 

3. How Do I Upload My Custom Artwork?
  

First, you want to select your orientation and size from our options. Next, you want to upload your bespoke artwork in a vector format (.ai, .eps, .pdf, or .svg). Should you need help providing your design in the required vector file format, our team of skilled graphic designers can help you for a modest fee of $40, though we may need to charge more for a highly complex project.
 

Once your design is in the proper format, you should anticipate receiving your proof within approximately 4–5 business days. Our Flag Pros will coordinate with you until you are completely satisfied with your artwork. After approval, expect the production and delivery process to take 6–8 weeks.

Please note that light green, white, aquamarine, gold, solid red, yellow, orange and purple are not available as a background color option for the 6' x 10' and 6' x 12' mats.
