All Sentry Flagpoles are shipped via motor freight. Standard delivery time is 1–2 weeks, with tracking information available. Flagpole Internal Halyard Instructions  

Upon delivery, please inspect your flagpole for scratches, dents, and other defects. If there are any issues with your flagpole, please reject the delivery and contact our Flag Pros immediately. Do not store your flagpole in its packaging. Doing so can permanently stain your flagpole.
