Arizona State Flags
The Arizona State flag is a vivid symbol of the state’s history with colors that reflect the values of the “Grand Canyon State”. The Arizona flag displays the copper star of Arizona rising from a blue field in the face of a setting sun. The top half of the flag symbolizes the original 13 colonies of the United States and the western sun. Red and yellow are the colors of a failed Spanish expedition in the 1500’s. The copper star at the center identifies Arizona as the largest copper producer in the United States. Blue and old gold are Arizona’s official state colors.
Our Arizona State Flags are available in two different outdoor fabrics. Our outdoor Beacon Nylon flag, a Carrot-Top exclusive, is the most versatile flag available. Made with tough, durable materials, this outdoor flag creates a classic look able to withstand the elements. Our outdoor Patriarch polyester flag, also a Carrot Top exclusive, is made with extra tough, woven polyester that has the texture and feel of cotton. This flag is best for coastal areas and environments with extreme weather.
Indoor Arizona State flags are crafted with our glistening Beacon nylon and feature traditional, gold fringe around three sides and an open pole sleeve. Flags and flagpoles are available for indoor use and parades. Miniature 4”x6” and 8”x12” mini flags, made from polyester and rayon, come mounted on a plastic dowel and spearhead. An American flag and Arizona state flag lapel pin is also available. Miniature flags and lapel pins make perfect keepsakes, giveaways and souvenirs.
