1. How do I get started on my order?

If ordering online, we ask that you select your orientation and size before hitting checkout. Once you select the proper options, you must upload your custom artwork as a vector file (.ai, .eps, .pdf, or .svg). If you cannot upload your artwork as a vector file, our graphic designers can help you for a standard fee of $40 (more complex projects may cost more).

After submitting your artwork, you should receive a proof of your order around 4–5 business days. Our Flag Pros will help coordinate the design approval process. Once you have a satisfactory product, producing and shipping your custom grip mat may take 6–8 weeks.

2. What is the imprint area?

Each grip mat comes with a maximum imprint area that will be printed on a black background. Depending on the size of your custom mat, your imprint area will be as follows:
 

• 2.5’x3’ mat: 20”x25” imprint 
• 3’x5’ mat: 25”x48” imprint 
• 4’x6’ mat: 36”x50” imprint 
• 3’x10’ mat: 25”x96” imprint 
• 4’x8’ mat: 36”x70” imprint 
• 6’x6’ mat: 43”x50” imprint 
• 6’x8’ mat: 43”x80” imprint
