Current Open Positions
We are looking to bring on an enthusiastic manager with strong coaching, project management, digital marketing and supervisory skills. This position will initially report to the current Marketing / Merchandising Director. We expect that person to be promoted and you to be promoted to Director of Marketing & Merchandising within a maximum of 2 years.
Support the Director of Marketing / Merchandising in leading the existing Department, including a graphic design team of 4, a digital marketing team of 4, a team of 3 Merchandisers and 1 analyst, with the following activities:
- Digital marketing strategy, execution and reporting
- Employee coaching and supervising
- Off-line, print campaigns
- Brand management
- Management of PPC, SEO, Website SEM, Social Media programs
- Collaborating with teams to structure & execute business initiatives
Required skills & Experience
- Minimum 3 years’ experience with online marketing
- At least 2 years of supervisory experience
- B.A. or B.S.
- Up to date with the latest trends in Social Media, SEO, PPC, Website SEM, etc.
- Excellent verbal & written skills
- Experience with B2B marketing preferred

Based in Hillsborough, NC, it is contained within a 25,000 sq. ft building on 12 acres of land, free of any long-term debt. Its customer base is 70% institutions and 30% consumers. All employees are paid within the guidelines for Orange County Living Wage. Established in 1980, it is currently transitioning to the next generation.
