Dear Carrot-Top Customers,

I started this business in my home, by myself, back in 1980. I had come from the healthcare industry where the focus was not on the people’s needs, but on making money. I wanted to build a company that would be customer-focused, and I wanted to offer the best product for my customers’ needs.

I had never dreamed that I would be able to grow this business to 40 employees, assisting customers from all 50 states and its territories. I had never envisioned that we could continue to build the company based on quality, integrity and thoughtful customer service.

I really can’t say that I have “reached my dreams” because they constantly evolve over time, but I am proud of what Carrot-Top Industries has become.  As Carrot-Top grows and changes, transitioning over to the next generation of leadership, my vision has evolved to become our vision. Just as mail order evolved to catalog, and catalog evolved to e-commerce—we continue to evolve our talent and our strategies to keep providing our people with the best service and product expertise.

In this new era of e-commerce, we strive to keep our connection to you. In many ways, we are more connected today than we have ever been. We can communicate by both phone and live chat. We have knowledge of previous buying behavior; we can speak about what other people have done to solve similar solutions. We’ve shifted the way we do business because we realize that times change. We know that we need to keep improving to keep up. However, Carrot-Top will always be a customer-first organization providing American-made products, where possible, to our fellow Americans.

We continue to look proudly to the future with one hand over our hearts—still firmly rooted in our founding values.  Like America, Carrot-Top will continue to work hard and be resilient, even in the face of adversity. We take great lessons from our customers, employees, and suppliers, who have taught us that pride and patriotism stand hand and hand with quality and hard work.

It is my honor for us to serve you.

Sincerely,

Dwight A. Morris, President
