Carrot-Top Industries recently honored Milly Calderon for 10 years of service to the patriotic, special event and custom made products™ company. Calderon is a Customer Care Professional and works daily assisting a wide variety of customers from across the country and around the globe. The recognition took place at a company-wide meeting where President and Owner, Dwight Morris presented Calderon with a Certificate of Commendation of Service. Morris stated, “Carrot-Top’s success is rooted in the care and diligence of employees like Milly. She has set a standard of excellence with stellar service to the company by assisting individual customers, cities and towns and other businesses. Carrot-Top’s success is rooted in the efforts of employees like Milly and her attention to detail.”
According to Care Center Supervisor Torina Whitted, “Milly has a heart of gold and would do anything you ask of her. She never complains and is like my twin here at Carrot-Top.” Sonya Parker, Manager of Carrot-Top’s Customer Care Center, states, “Milly has grown so much in her 10 years at Carrot-Top – into a super confident and efficient customer service pro. She takes pride in making customers so happy that they want to talk only to her – year after year. She ends every call with ‘have a wonderful day’, and I believe she affects each of her customers in a wonderful way! Milly is a star on our Customer Service team”. Calderon is also bilingual and assists both English and Spanish speaking customers.
Milly Calderon resides in Mebane, NC with her husband Juan and is the proud mother of two children and four grandchildren. Carrot-Top Industries is a family-owned business located in Hillsborough, NC with around 40 employees.
