1. What size flagpole should I order?  

Our premium poles come in three sizes — small, medium, and large. We recommend using the small, 9’6” pole with blade or teardrop flags that measure 7’ or 8’. The medium kit (12’6”) works best with flags measuring 10’ or 11’. The large kit, sized 16’6”, is designed for flags measuring 12' to 14'. 

2. How do I order my custom blade or teardrop feather flag?  

The process for ordering our custom blade and teardrop flags is the same as our other custom products. You must upload your artwork in vector format to start your custom teardrop flag order. Vector files are normally saved with .ai, .eps, .pdf, or .svg file extensions. If your artwork doesn't meet these specifications, our talented graphic designers can still create your custom blade or teardrop flag for an additional fee. Once you've submitted your artwork, our team of Flag Pros will prepare an initial proof within ~4–5 business days. They will guide you through each stage of the custom order process. Afterward, they will provide a print proof for your approval before production. Please allow ~6–8 weeks from the final design approval for your flag to ship and go through the dye sublimation process.  

3. Can I save my custom artwork for future reordering? 

Yes, you can save your artwork for future use when you register your Carrot-Top.com account. Our my account features make ordering a replacement flag quick and easy.  

4. What flagpole should I use for other advertising flags? 

Our Advertising Telescoping Super Pole has the size and heft necessary for our custom flutter flags and feather banners. These premium-quality flagpoles stand up to 20’. In addition to a three-section telescoping fiberglass flagpole, these flagpole kits come with a carrying case, PVC sleeve, and installation instructions. 5. Can I use the teardrop flagpole kit to display my flag indoors?  

Yes, the premium pole kit can be paired with a cross base and water bag to display your teardrop or blade flag on flat ground that does not facilitate an in-ground spike.
