1. How do I upload artwork for my custom cheer flags?
 

To ensure the quality of your custom design, we ask that you please upload your artwork as vector files. Vector files are composed of outlines, not pixels, and are normally saved as .ai, .eps, .pdf, or .svg. Please convert the fonts in your design into outlines to avoid font substitution.
 

Should your artwork not meet these requirements, our graphic designers can recreate your logo based on any file type for a fee. While the standard artwork charge is $40, more complex projects may require an additional fee. Contact our Flag Pros if you have additional questions about your artwork fee.
 

Once you submit your artwork, our team will return your proof within 4–5 business days. Once you have approved the art, please allow 3–4 weeks for the production and delivery of this product.
